Trademark/Copyright Questions

I was wondering lately if you can make yourself chargeable because you created a phisher/private server/program with Blizzard's graphics/logos/etc.

Since Blizzard Entertainment, World of Warcraft, World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade, World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, World of Warcraft: The Cataclysm.. etc are all registered TM's of Blizzard Entertainment could you take punishment from them if you distribute their logo, etc anywhere? I mean you see it all the time, Private Servers, Gamecard Generators, etc.. but it seems they don't take any "credit" for using Blizzard's graphics, or even impersonating them.

Technically, yes. Will they prosecute it, more than likely not.
