And if you dont mind me asking how long have you been with them / how many emails have you sent directing users to your phisher with them?

About a month in 2 days, And Ive sent out well over a thousand emails :3

The owner is only like 15 though, he bought reseller hosting and is a really nice guy.

I don't think I should post this here cause it maybe considered advertising but he advertised his service on a forum I'm at and other members have posted there experiences with the service so if you want that link you can pm me and I'll give it to you

Yeah that statement turned out to a be a load of shit.... Waiting for 2 days now for them to set up my hosting after they helped themselves to the $ for the service...

Try yohost.org. They are in Kuala Lumpur.

Ive used this for about 3months now with no problems, for the $30 some bucks I spent to sign up I have easily made $2000. Its a good host.

offshore hosts arnt above the law, they can just ignore most laws because they are OFFSHORE and authorities in these countries are more lenient. but 99% of offshore hosts will give up your personal information if they are asked to because your hosting a phisher.

so unless your paying for your hosting with stolen credit cards, then your just about as stupid as the moron who thinks his offshore hosting is anonymous.

Above the law? Yeah because LE really cares such a great deal about WoW Phishers ... Also to avoid ur scenario you could you know use a fake paypal account that you verified with a VCC you bought for $15 and use a proxy when signing up for your hosting site... It's not rocket surgery for the love of god.

Sure if asked for the info eventually it would always be possible to follow the trail to whoever you are really - but let's not kid ourselves and think that some omnipotent law enforcement agency really has the resources or motivation for this. They are busy going after CC and bank account phishers who, you know - do real damage to people... Not some puny MMO phisher which at best skews the server economy a bit to the point where Blizzard has to go out and delete some of the Chinese's gold...

In any case, we have yet to come across a hosting site that doesn't acquiesce to Blizzard's request to take our phisher down after we send a couple thousand emails out. Rather disappointing but thankfully there are thousands of hosting sites to chose from :P.
