What I got:
a VERY VERY good account phished. At this time I know only login/pass.
Also the name on account is Hussain H**** from Kuwait high chances its not the real i guess.
Its not battlenet attached.

What should I do?
If I attach this to my b/net account could he still recall it?

yeah he will recall it from bnet if he has all the accounts info that blizzard asks.

if you wanna keep it...
attach to bnet, add your own WOTLK account, transfer chars you want to WOTLK account, ban the original account with anything you can to PERMA ban it, enjoy your characters

This is the best way to do it, but don't expect to keep the chars, as they can sometimes get them back.
