Problem with Paypal "Limited Account Access"

Hello.

Yesterday i veryfied my fake paypal-acc and got some money there from my scammed accounts.

Then after i got the money to my paypal i wanted to buy a gamecard, so i looked around for some cheap sites and bought a gamecard. They had some problems so they refunded my money. That happened 2 times.......

Now the problem is that i have to:
Confirm my credit card
Confirm my location
at paypal

And i dont have any clue how to do it....

confirm your creditcard : buy a VCC & they'll charge you 2$ (or something close to that) and there'll be an expanded use to fill in. Ask the supplier of the VCC for that 4 digit code.

Confirm your location : not really sure,what information do they need? a recent utility bill?

Verifying location is going to be a pain in the ass, you have to send them a picture of a piece of mail, as well as a picture of ur ID. That is probably going to be the hardest part.

Well ok now i bought this vcc thing and my paypal account is working again.


But i had to type a billing adress... that's the fake adress. Will there anything sent to this adress ? If so then i shouldn't use this adress am i right?



Edit: lol okay my paypal is not working... like liliwau said i have to verify my location... i can do it by adding another card (why ever O.o..) or send them "documents" but i dont know what "documents" i have to send them ...

Well whatever.. if somebody has a solution for my problem please let me know.

Otherwise i think i could buy a 2nd VCC acc and register another card at paypal O.o

get someone (i dunno, me maybe) to photoshop the adress of the paypal on an envelope and email /fax it. Not sure if a fake id is wise. but I could do that too.

what i suggested in the pm was to make a new, fake, paypal, if you wanna confirm still, then fake or legitly give them an address and I.D.

If he creates a new paypal, he is going to loose the money that he has on the one he is talking about right now. You cannot transfer off the funds if it is limited, it is possible to call them and get them to do it, but i doubt it. I have been in the same situation, and they wanted me to prove my address first.

Make the account Australian, it gives u a $3000 USD spending limit (It's just like its verified, just no credit card or bank account linked to it) Thats what i do. For Australian addresses while registering: australia address location - Google Search, you can find many there

Hi, i have a big problem, similar to this.
I have also Limited Account Access. But now we talk about 500+ Euros with is on the PayPal account.
I can send some of the money if someone could help me out.

What i need is to: "Confirm your credit card" and "Proof of Address"
Any help with this will be greatly appreciated and rewarded.
