Need a Paypal Proxy

I need a PayPal Proxy that has a consistent IP for at least 4 days, it just needs to have the same IP(obv so paypal isnt like wtfzorz and bans me for different IP) and works on paypal

Get firefox and go into tools>options>Advanced>Network>Click the settings for "How firefox connects to the internet">Add a proxy

Dont forget to select manual proxy. Then enter in the info.
