Well a visa gift card, can be used in the place of a paypal, i dont think u can add visa gift card cash onto a paypal. Okay, i gtg to bed, ill talk to u about this tomorrow.

If i were u, i'd just find a friend or such and send it there. Maybe send the thing to a vacant apartment or something. Use ur imagination, lol.

Well as soon as it hits you unverified Paypal account your account will be limited instantly. So it's best to get Verified or this won't work. For a better method of Laundering money go to 7itaniums's guide.

Once u get it verified with that guide, you can do about anything, though it could be risky. You might lose ur 15 dollars if it gets recalled before ur able to buy stuff.

I looked into that, but Canadian accounts needs a bank account now, not just a credit card verification, unless I'm mistaken.

This account is all fake info anyway, why do I need to get it verified? The money's not limited ( to like 3,700$) so why bother?

Do you know of a website that'll sell WoW Time Cards pretty much instantly? Because if I send them the money via Paypal, than if it gets disputed than the money just gets taken from them too, unless it's instant.

So I've bee trying tonight to get this to work, and as soon as the scammer sent me the money, I bought gamecards with thsale.com
The payment was reversed as soon as the kid disputed it though.

I need some form of an instant way to cash out this Paypal money in a way it can't be recalled by Paypal.

Well...what type of account did u use? Was all of the info fake? or was only some of it?

All the info was fake.
If I used my real Paypal than if I moved or laundered the money, than they would take it out of my bank account.
Even if I had a fake bank set up to my fake Canadian bank account, I still wouldn't be covered by Paypal's moronic policy's and the scammer will just get the money back anyway.

Try an Aussie paypal, i think those are unrestricted...You need to have at least correct user/pass..even if its a blank account or what not.

No, no, the Canadian Paypal could receive and send money just fine. But the money that the scammer sent to me was disputed (and it recalled the money I had bought the gamecards with.)

The only fast method I keep hearing about is doing it though poker, but I've yet to see proof of it being done in the U.S. :\
WTB more info on that! People keep saying that's the easy way to do it, but I haven't seen any guides on it!

Well i think that u just need to stall the scammer a bit longer...How long did they say that the gamecard would take? Give them login info and then make up some excuse as to why u can give SQA ect.

I used Buy WOW Gold, Warcraft Gold, World of Warcraft Gold, FFXI Gil, Final Fantasy XI Gil, Lineage 2 Adena
And it says they take 30 minutes. But if I'm selling my account for $400.00, than if my math isn't wrong I need to buy 12 keys. I think it'd take a while for the company to gather and send all those keys before they figured out what was up.
I guess I'll try tomorrow with just buying 1 key.

I still think there's gotta' be a better way!
