Is there any way to transfer a scammed character to a new account without a credit card? At the moment I'm just selling gold on scammed accounts, since there aren't any sites that will buy accounts without a phone call and I can't Xfer the chars to a new account and sell them legit...It's really a waste of time, but if I could actually sell the accounts I'de make alot more.

There are a few, you could go down to your local gas station / grocery store and buy a Visa gift card, would work exactly as a debit card in this case. You could also get somebody here to do it, and then just offer to pay them back somehow. I've used the gift card to pay for game time, so I'm just assuming it would work with a PCT as well.

I've seen that method, the problem is that the money I make just sits in my PayPal right now, and I don't have any money to spend on that IRL. +Rep for trying to help, but I still need advice from people.

Buy a gamecard with that money, and offer a trade for the gamecard (with you getting your transfer). I bet someone on here would be willing to help you if they got a gamecard in return.
