[Question] How illegal is this?

Ive been scaming for a good 5 months or so, never been caught.
But the thought occurs where i think of the legalities of scamming.
I think ive scammed nearly 10,000$+ in the past few months, all of wich usually gets recalled n such.

So, could somone shed some light on this for me? maybe a link to some Laws about this kind of scamming. id appreciate it. Never hurts to know how much trouble you could be in an how to protect yourself..

Ya scamming n stealing someone elses property per say is illegal. I've scammed over 1000$ worth of gold and have not run into any problems,not even a single chargeback. I've also done a lot using my own ip. Pol who get In trouble are ones who sell scammed
Accounts and such ,I stick to just selling the gold as it's less likely to get me in trouble.

You'll be fine. There are loads of people scamming nowadays so they would have to trace them all done.

I also suppose it depends on your country's laws on the whole virtual property stuff.

Well all this is reassuring, but i live in the USA, sooo idk, but yea, i sell scammed accts, never really tried to sell gold, if somone could post a link to a guide, im sure itd be alot easier than slaving over a hot processor waiting for phishees >.>

really depends on the amount you scam per "attempt". Anything under the amount for a court case/hunting you down (confirming your location through the gov't with your I.P) you will be fine. I'd say under 1k (per attempt), and you are good.

it is very illegal, just because your doing it in small doses doesnt mean its less illegal, identity fraud is identity fraud, no matter how big or small it is.

and if "they" catch you, your going to jail.
