Just a question about scam.

Hello there :-) Well I have a question about scam.
I got a scammed account and I was thinking about to use it as a gold scaming account, so i don't rly care if it will get a permanent ban.

Let's say I scammed a couple of players and then send the money to my main.(another acc).. They report me for scamming. Will blizzard ban the scammed account, or both accounts? Becouse Blizzard see I log my account after on the same IP. Or will they IP ban me ? Or just the account I scammed on?

Oh, well.. you see what I mean, I hope? My english aint the best, hehe

Edit: Oh, for how long will you get banned? is it a permanent or just like 72 hours.. (For scamming gold and stuffs)
