how to fight against chargebacks?

hey, i scammed this guy by making him pay first then i held him up whilst i bought like 4 VCCs and now hes submittted a chargeback cuz i signed out and instead of limiting my account paypal is saying resolve this case and this is what it says:

I have posted the item and I can provide proof that the item was posted through an approved postal service to the address on the Transaction Details page.
What information can you provide?
I can provide online tracking information for delivery through an approved postal service to the address on the Transaction Details page.

I have not posted the item and I will refund the payment.

so anyone know what I can do to fight the chargeback to keep it so my account isnt limited (at the moment my account only has like $7 and hes trying to get $60 off me) so ill be limited if he gets his money back. ill +3rep if it works

did he file a dispute or a claim? if he filed a dispute then you can't win..

As above said if it's a dispute you might as well make a new paypal and add a new vcc.

i thought you could fight claims though, just not disputes, if its a claim your supposed to pick something like Intangible Item/service....and say that you traded him a service or an item you didnt sell off of eBay or something and you should be able to win.....i think if i remember correctly...correct me someone if im wrong
