Anger for the past. Need help.

So, it all began 2 years ago, when I was a total idiot and didn't know a thing about World of Warcraft or scamming. I was about to start playing, when one guy posted in a Latvian forum that he is selling his account, because he won't play anymore and needs money. He had a LvL ~60 character on his account and the price was 25 euros. We contacted and decided to make a deal. So, few days later we met in real life and I paid him. He gave me his CDs and account name and password. At that time, I didn't know about SQ/SQA or E-mail change. I changed the password and thought that I was fine. Later I bought gamecard and added it to his account and played happily, but after ~3 months he 'recalled' the account. Well, we couldn't say that it was really hard for him to recall, because he only had to change the password. I remembered this, because I started thinking about past. And now I want to get that account back.

Information I have:
Account name
CD-Key (original WoW)
A gamecard code I used on that account :S

I want to know, if I am fine to do some action to get this account back. I hope You can help me.

you should be able too, CD KEY works as a substitute for SQ/A and plus you have a gamecard which is a big +, but without First and Last name on account you cant do anything at all....IF you have first and last name on account then i will tell you if youll be able to get it back or not

I don't have first and last name on the account. And also I thought about one thing which could be a trouble - the guy continued playing on that account and if he payed with a credit card it is a pain in the ass.
So You say, without names it is impossible?

ya, the first thing if you calll in(at least on US) is 1st/last name...if u even spell it wrong....theyre like this is not the name on the acc, we can not discuss anything on this acc because you are not the original owner or watev
