OK so i scammed an account perfectly the guy doesnt know cdkey and last name then when i faked and said i had to go to christmas party he put parental control on and he said payment or email back or i wont tke it off now i need a way to BAN THE ACCOUNT without logging in someone help +rep if u do

Just to let you know you need access to get the account banned the only thing you can do is an ownership dispute and blizzard will lock account other then locking you cant do shit
