Do paypals work anymore?

I tried to spend my money on different things when i immediately got scammed money, but an aussie paypal wouldnt let me
I know canadian paypals dont work like that anymore, they become limited
is it the same with aussie paypals?
If so ... What can I do to spend stolen money
Would making an american paypal and adding a vcc and a virtual bank account work?

Canadians and Australian account automatically get limited. What you need to do is buy a VCC of Virtual bank and add it to either a Canadian or US Paypal account. Hope I helped

they work fine.. you need to verify them tho, and it helps to use a proxy
