PayPal needs adress confirmation

Hey, I tried to scam a chinese today with a VCC verified PayPal, but I got limited because it said PayPal needed proof of my adress etc, anyone know how I can prevent this? Never heard of it before...

You need to verified. Because you probably weren't whenever you get large sums of money paypal limits your account.

Also it happens if your using proxy or hiding your IP.
Anyways if you don't change you password, the owner of it will just unlock it for you without knowing that he is helping you. Unless he already knows he got hacked.
