Help with recall proofing account

I need to make sure that this account is ABSOLUTELY recall proof without buying another key. I have Username Password Secret Question Secret Answer E-Mail (and email access) WoW Key
TBC Key WOTLK Key and Full Name. he doesnt know what email address is registered with the account or the password.

I would start by buying WoW, TBC, & WoTLK if you are very serious about keeping the account.

Then transfer the character to your account, then finally ban the old account using this method:
