how i can find out who is :/..that person dint logged yet on any character's of my account...so i cant even know who is,or where he live.

Hmm, Do you have a chat log of the conversation which tells you that you bought that account? You could send that to blizzard, they might suspend his account or even ban it if your lucky since the owner broke the rules by selling his account or trying to sell it.
