    Hello guys Can som 1 help me whit geting good IP HIDER like TOR but not 1 that changes all the time ? Its for the paypal scam whit canadian paypal if som 1 can help me whit this would be very nice

    TOR is a good proxy apparently...but personally i don't use it.

    I think tor is blacklisted on sites like ebay, not sure about paypal, but it might be...
    SO you might just get banned as soon as you register.
