Just scammed a 70 hunter and i want to transfer him over to a new account so there is no way of the OO getting it back. Just to make sure what information do i need so i can transfer him to anew account because i dont want to go out and spend money and find out it won't let me xfer him to my new account... Is it

Account name: First & last

??

You need the last name on the account whit the account secret question answer. Keep in mind the guy could still recall the original account and fill an unauthorized character transfer.
