Im doing this for prety long time and nothing happened, i dont think its illegal
Hello, Ive been scamming like 5000g everyday and sold it to a gold company, I usually get banned but I get my cash from the company, I guess Blizzard takes back the gold from the company so they get nothing and maybe their receiving toon gets banned, I dont know. But is there any way for them to know that I scam them? Is this illegal? Well, actually Im not really scamming them since they get the gold and I guess what happens after that doesnt matter, but I would like to know, thanks.

It is illegal just like downloading illegal music.
The only ones who care are the original owners.
Moved house and now have limited internet access. Cant work till its back. STRESSED.
You're fine.
You're money will be taken back.
Enjoy your limit.
Just exchange it for gold or CD keys and sell those
Paypal sucks if you're a WoW scammer.
They wont recall the money 99% sure, they never did and i bet at least 50k gold from my sales was recalled
Ok to answer your question, YES – you are scamming;
Scamming; A confidence trick or confidence game (also known as a bunko, con, flim flam, gaffle, grift, scam, scheme, or swindle) is an attempt to defraud a person or group.
Even wow gold – in law is a virtual item in which real currency is exchanged.
So I easy terms….. Yes it is illegal to sell something that you scammed for real money! ~~ Will you get in trouble form it? Hell no unless you make over $499. USD at one time in a single transaction.
Sirdavino where are your sources? Because you are completely wrong.
You cannot sell WoW gold for real money. Not only is it against the rules, but Blizzard does not recognize it as a real transaction. It's not just because it's virtual, but because all gold, characters, items, and accounts belong to Blizzard.
Selling gold is not illegal. Scamming accounts is not illegal. Scamming gold is not illegal. Selling scammed accounts is not illegal. Selling scammed gold is not illegal.
Could you get sued for it? Possibly. Could you lose the case? Possibly. However, it is not illegal. Illegal means against the law. You can, however, get sued for practically anything you can think of. Calling someone a bad name is not against the law; it is not illegal. However, you could be sued for $3000 over it.

i dont really know but it seems like it isnt i just know not to use a fake cc to buy gold
Using a fake credit card for anything can definitely be illegal. Also, using stolen credit cards for anything definitely IS illegal.
Credit cards weren't mentioned, though.

>> Using Stolen Property (The account you scammed gold from, or possibly account you scammed with)
>> Selling Stolen Property (The gold)
Both illegal, doubt any charges or anything will be pressed, they're retarded enough to get scammed, they shouldn't get it back.
Embalm, it was never stolen, the Gold is owned by Blizzard.
It may have changed hands of the 'renter' but its still owned by Blizzard.
So how can it be stolen when the owner remains the same?
its only illegal if you get caught.
