Need a suggestion

Im new to scamming, and i just got access to my first two accounts, both of which are frozen in that their subscriptions have expired.

so basically im looking for a suggestion as to what the best use of the accounts would be.

one has a 70 draenei shammy in s2/heroic pve gear

the other is a 70 mage which i dont really know the gear quality because i cant log ingame to check.

I was doing a little research and a few of the sites i visited that buy toons, say they're not buying right now. anyone know a good site out there?

also, do i need to transfer the characters to a new account (same name etc) if i have full info on the account?
