not possible to call blizz and change email?

i got full info on an account but they still don't change my email.
they said it is not possible to change an email online via calling.

they said i had to write an email...

so is it the end of calling blizz ? or was i unlucky.. called 2 times.

You cannot change the email by calling them. the old email has to confirm the change.

damn.. well there are several guides on this forum to do this ? but i guess they are just outdated then?...

so how is it possible to change an email then ? i mean i don't suppose any1 is so stupid that they would actually confirm the change

Should be possible if you say that you lost access to the original email. Tell them that you were keylogged or hacked. Something like that should work

I think I recall reading that you cannot change the email via phone if you are an EU user.

This is just something I think I heard.

You can change email US/EU by calling in.

I guess I was wrong, I do know however that it works in US because I have done it, just hours ago.
