hello, i need some help with paypal :S i want to be able to pay from it without adding cc or bank, is it possbile?

Dpending on your residence, if you're an US citizen -> NO
Anywhere else the first thing youl will need is PayPal balance, and you will most probably get limited when spending this money so, so you will need to documenate who you are, then you can go ahead..
They also might well force you to add Bank/CC at this process, but this depends on the situation

Make a Canadian PayPal you can pay 1000$ without being verfied.

i did make a canadian, but got limited as fast as i got payed :S
