Question about Paid Character Transfer

Okay so what's the easiest way to pay for the paid character transfer? I have $30 sitting in my legit paypal account. Should I buy a virtual credit card or what? The account is scammed obviously so it doesn't seem like a good idea to pay for it directly from my legit Paypal.

Either way works best, but I guess I would say virtual credit card to be the safest.

I strongly discourage you from using your own PayPal or even your own credit card.

The virtual card would be your best bet.
