Need a little help with PayPal

So I have been trying to scam some asain scammers lately, but there has been a problem which I haven't encountered before. When they send the money over, I go to spend it on something real quick, right? When I try and do that it says my account cannot send money. So I go to the resolution center and my account is frozen because PayPal has detected suspicious activity. If anyone knows how to fix this please post and I'll +Rep.

Lol I just found what was wrong. You can delete this post if you want. But, If anyone else has been having the same problem all you have to do is go on a proxy so PayPal can't track your IP. Otherwise they just freeze your account if you try to send any money.

Paypal can be like that sometimes. What I'd suggest you do is simply get a canadian or australian proxy and set up an account from one of those two countries. Voila! 3000$ spending limit without verification. Just mind your proxy and always have it on, before logging to paypal.
