Of course he can its HIS account come on if you can recall it what makes you think he cant get it back? The best thing for you to do is to wait till firday night and change it then. Then all you have to do is transfer the character off and get the original account banned.

you could call blizzard and say you got married or sth like that and you got your last name changed , and hopefully they will belive you and change it
