They wont be able to do anything, because it's illegal to buy WoW Accs anyway. What would they say in the court?

He's 13, would they even take him to court? Don't worry about it, it's probably a bluff.

Why does everyone say it is illegal to buy/sell accounts? Its totally legal, when you accept Blizzards Terms of Service, its not a law, its not a federal offense to brake it, it just gives Blizzard the right to expel you from the game as you have infringed upon there Rules, not the rules of the Government.

It's virtual goods though. And being virtual goods, Paypal tends to shrug away, and the only 'Rules/Laws" that can apply to it would be from Blizzard.

This 123abc kid is safe. 30 days after a Paypal Transaction your safe, they wont waste their time, and theres nothing that company can do. The account itself is actually Blizzards property. Not the kids, not the company's, and not the original owner. So only person they can bitch to is Blizzard, and of course Blizz will say "Wtf you buying accounts for nub? /smack"

Enjoy your money and buy lots of bubble gum.
