Same here. I have 450 dollars in 3 different paypals.
I'm still trying this with hotspot shield, but if anyone finds a better one, let me know.

Well, Paypal is a pain in teh ass no matter who you are. My dad gets limited from making too much money on eBay. So, I guess too much cash coming in at once on a new account will get you limited.

Get Canadian , Premier , do some small money sending before few bucks , have account atleast for few days and then get big money, works for me
