Need Help On Scammed Acc

This is the case.. i got this acc.. with a lvl 70 mage nice gear and all,got SQA , cd-key,email,username.. u know all that. I rather not spend any money on a new account and transfer.

So my question is.. is there another way of 100% keeping the chara?

Another idea is to Call blizz and change the SQ/A Sice u got the CD-key

he can still ezily recall it

The only way is too buy a fresh new account and transfer, but when they get the account back if they recall it, they may disbute then why there character isn't on the account.

Trade the account for a legit account IMO
