Paypal Reversal and rela Items

So last night (thanks to hasselhoff) I had 350$ in a CA PP acc. and bought some gold. But the paypal money got reversed this morning but I had the gold. My question is this is all fine and dandy for a gold selling website since they steer away from legal issues..


But what if I went on let's say ioffer and bought an iphone... that would bring problems if it got reversed later on, no?

Well using a proxy and a fake name id say that the risk would come from the address it was sent to. But that would be if they reported it to law authorities for further investigation. Even if you used a p.o. box you would have to have a fake id in which to register it with usps. Otherwise you would still have risk due to your name being attached to it. Fraud is up to 5000 dollar fine and up to 5 years prison for 500 and under last time I checked.
