is there a way to call blizzard and ask them to change the email on a scammed account? i have all the info first last name, secret answer etc) just wanna know if blizzard does this or not.

Wtf jack? Yes they do? I do this all the time, just say your email got locked and you need to change it. Works perfectly.

Just call them, say the full name registered on the account and say you want to change the email because you can't access it anymore, they'll ask a few questions and you can and will answer them.

Voilá, e-mailaddress is changed.
