Transfering Between Accounts

Greetings,
I've recently scammed 2 accs with a character on each acc that I want to keep.
To begin with I only had acc + pw, but eventually I got a hold of their respective last names, so my question is:

If I buy 2 new tbc accs and want to transfer the characters to them, is it enough to have the same last names on both or do I need to provide additional information doing this?

Also, do you think I risk being detected if I pay those transfers with the same VISA card? Any suggestions to staying anonymous regarding this?

I believe its impossible to transfer between accounts, unless they both have the same registered owner.

Well, say I have a scammed an account with the name "Jack Black", and then I buy a new WoW acc and upgrade it to tbc etc.
And when creating the new acc I do so with the name: "John Black".

Wouldn't it be possible to transfer a char between those two accs??

Yes, if the last name on the new account is the same as the name on the scammed account it will work. But you must make sure you get the account that you transfered from banned afterwards, then namechange the character you transfered, and even a server change.

you need sq/a only for EU, not needed for US.
