If you have an account that you won't mind getting banned, not much.

Its kind of a gray area, if the account that has access to the Gbank on it is a scammed account you will most likely get banned. but if it is your account and you jack the Gbank im pretty sure its not against the game rules.

Kinda depends, I did the guild bank scam to 3 guilds back on my old server, I thaught I was good but when I transfered they took back 2000g and some other stuff but they left me the rest for some reason? I didnt get any warnings or suspensions they just took some of the stuff back. Are you on a scammed account? Did you make a lvl 1 and say your an officer? Give us some more details plz. If it is your char and you are really a officer and you take the stuff I think you will be fine since they gave you acess and why would they give you acess if you wernt suposed to take stuff out anyways? But when you lie and pretend to be someone else like I did thats when you can get in trouble.

If you are an officer in the guild and they gave officers full bank access, it is the guild leaders fault for being so trusting, nothing can happen to you.
