[Help] PayPal Verify

Ok so basically i have a PayPal account with around 350$ on it but I cant touch it because I dont have a Credit card, so if someone could help me get a VCC or SOMETHING to verify my PayPal I will re-pay you double what it costed and a +Rep

I may be wrong, but I believe the credit card has to match with the name on the PayPal account. The best method would be to ask someone with your last name if you are not 18.

Again, I am not 100% sure that the last names need to match.

Thats why i would want a VCC in my name or some crap, and the point of me not having a credit card is, i am not 18 and no-one in my family is gunna give me their credit card.

Again I may be wrong, but why would someone have this?

Oh and, asking family is easy if you have an IQ of 40+ and social skills with mom and dad

ok first of all dont diss my IQ i have a very high one,

second i tried with my parents and my mom got suspicious even though I made up a good lie

and yes if some one can buy me a VCC in my name so I can verify my PayPal I will pay them back double what it costed
