Just a thought, you'll end up with CD-Key, Secret Answer, Name on Account, How he normally pays, Last four digits of card where appropriate, email associated with account etc.
Just a thought I had, if the email remains his current one, all he has to do is a lost password, and you're out of the account. So rather than asking for his password because we all know that "A Blizzard employee will never ask for your password" why not use the information you have gained to phone Blizzard and get them to change the email on the account, because its been hacked and you "can't access it".
Little tips I've thought of, ask for things in the order that Blizzard normally do, don't be hap-hazard. This is the typical order they use is:
Account Name -> Your Name (obviously the one on the account) -> Address (sometimes, first line is hidden, so make sure you get it) -> Email Address associated with the account (currently) -> Secret Question Answer -> Payment Information (if it's a card, get the last four digits), Game Card, get the code or part of it, where possible.
A good scam though.
