There is part that allows Blizzard to scan your computer files in EULA.. Atleas t I have seen it.
Ok well i have had my account banned like ages ago now started a new one and got bored and a pritty dam faked off with blizzard. Ok well you know blizzard scan your computer to look for hacks and stuff well i was talking to a GM about the permission for them doing so and if it was in the EULA he did not know =/ and told me to read it which i have and cant find anything saying that they can. so therefore by blizzard scanning your computer for hacks they are breaching your privacy and so you can submit legal action... or just say you will keep quiet if they give your account back. This is not really a scam because its fairplay and maybe blizzard entertainment can share a few millions with you if you sue them.
can someone tell me if i have missed out anything that says they can scan your conputer or if they have an alternate way to find hacks.
the only thing i would worry about is if you sued them about this they may sue you for hacking but then again you will be much more if you are fighting for privacy laws instead of them fighting for breaching a games rules.
please discuss im not sure it will work and if this is a issue with them then it would be an easy way to get your account back.
also sorry if there as spelling mistakes been drinking a lot of cocacola so im abit hyper :yuck: and cba to read through it![]()

They are allowed to see what programs you are running that are related to the game or that would modify it. It's in the agreement, look harder.

i read on this forum someone rang up blizzard and said that blizzard should not have been looking htought his computer and so they gave his account back
This post makes me sad
