How to get other people temporarily or perma banned (sorry if its been posted before)

Ok, so i was doing the ah scam I've seen posted here and I thought of a cool way to keep your stuff without having any worry of getting in trouble.

1.Make a couple of characters with strange letters, like
bØrãD (use character map its in system tools int he start menu)
2.Get a rare or higher
3.Mail it to one of your strange named toons
4. Put it on the ah at a absurd price
5. Get a noob to buy it for you using trade chat on your other strange named toon
6. Tell em that u have no money on that character and to COD it to the person you want banned. The person you want banned will probably not pay the COD and the noob who bought your item will report them.

Untested, I just thought of this....

Seems nice and all but cant GMs track down a character and see who there main is and like.. ban them? Just a thought ^_^

lol, not that great idea.
Once i tried to clear the market or something (cant remember) and tolled other to COD their items to another char i have. I got 30 COD mails... didnt pay a single... And? - nothing happened!

Its kinda risky but i guess it could work cause you get some gold for them buying out at the AH so +rep but this could be thought of a little better
