well to update on my progress. mmoteam and wowpl are the only 2 who took the bait out of 5 sites i tried. they seem to be screwing me though by saying they need to wait for the manager then just not replying when i remind them its been almost a week

Well, that just explains that those websites are scammers. Imagine if you really rented your account to them. They wouldn't even compensate you Lawl.

Yeah, banned trial accounts are good too. I don't know how they would be able to tell the difference. Maybe if they log onto worldofwarcraft.com. But, I highly doubt they would do that. Go ahead and give it a try.

Im pretty sure any company that would "actually" compensate you would keep records and see that they never rented any account with that username......

Half of the gold sellers run their website un-organized. They never update the website, and most of the time poor support. At least 5-6 people work on the live support chat and they keep their own logs. Meaning if I rent them an account they will jot that join in their OWN logs. No other live support worker can see them unless they ask for it. I don't know if it works that way on all websites but it does on a couple.

@gunit - If they don't reply if you ask them about compensation then they are probably scammers and won't give you anything.

Not yet, but I definitely do plan on trying it out, I just need to get my hands on a banned account or I have to ban an account of mine. XD
