Easy lowbie scam

This is an easy scam for a lowbie to get a little cash...

1. Ask for a boost, say you are paying 5g to run through lets say.. Deadmines.

2. Make sure the offer is higher than usual boost prices.

3. As you are offering alot to the Victim he/she can trust you. (Even better if he/she is greedy).

4. Before you make you're way to Deadmines ask for lets say 20s for repairs as you died alot beforehand.

5. He/she will most likely give this money to you as he/she is going to make 5g out of it.

6. Walk over to the repair person and pretend to be laggy as you run, say in party chat " sorry im a bit laggy", when you get to the repair person, spend about a minute in the window so your victim thinks you have spent it on repairs.

7. Say things in party chat like, "Aaah! lag spike!!!!!" or something like "Wait a sec while lag clears up" DO NOT SAY "i need to relog a sec" that is suspicious.

8. Press Alt and F4 or press escape and exit game now (I'd do alt f4 as you sit down when you are about to exit game) your victim will now think you have been disconnected, logon to a different character and repeat, log back on about 5-10 mins later as your victim will get bored waiting and go.

Guys who said that you would rather grind mobs.. it would take you about 30 mins to make 20s on a lowbie like around 10-15, which is why its perfect for lowbies as viter said.

Why would the victim give you 20s for repairs when you're saying that you got 5g+ to pay him?

This does not make to much sense because if you tell them you will give him 5g for him running you through, why would he have to lend you 20s for repairs?
