What you need is a friend with the actuel tbc spec edition, now what you have to do is to make a phone call to blizzard,

now what you need to tell them is that you sended all the items req for the pet 2 weeks ago. they will tell you they didn't recieve the mail yet, and he will ask you some questions whats in the box and the product codes from some of the items. then he will controle if its from the spec edition and if they are right you will recieve your ingame pets
