Turtle Mount Scam and Backspace Scam combined!

1st of all, I haven't tested this fully, and that this is my first time contributing with an idea.
2nd of all sorry for tagging this wrong, can't change it :-/ (Strategy)

So, a few days ago I used The Turtle Mount Scam - (credits to l8flip) to get 1k gold for a spectral mount.
The banrate is getting higher now according to this blue post.

So I came up with this trick, to "not get banned", after I scammed and ignored my victim and then it was too late, but here it goes.

• 1)Follow the turtle mount scam steps in the link above.
  
  
• 2)Lets say you already got the gold, and you said:
  "I will stay online, till you have fully redeemed your mount, to ensure everything is ok."
  
  
• 3)Now hand him a fake code like: U5AJ94-QW2KM23-K8J7H
  
  
• 4)The victim will now run off to Booty bay trying to redeem his mount.
  
  
• 5)Your victim will now discover it doesn't work, and he/she goes like: "WTF THIS AIN'T WORKING"
  
  
• 6) Reply this: "Are you sure? Please re-enter the code". Keep telling them to try, the code should be 100% valid.
  
  
• 7) After a minute or 2, "I'm sorry to hear this, you will get your "X-AMOUNT" gold refunded."
  
  
• Your victim will go back to org/sw and trade you. Now comes the tricky part.
  
  
  Backspace Scam by Flying Piggy! - is what your going to do, follow his steps and instructions.
  
  
• 9) Now as soon as he opens trade with you put up the gold you intend to refund, and w8 1-2 secs with activating the backspace scam. Your victim is pretty nervous and will hit trade as soon as he sees the gold in the trade window, so you gotta be sure to hit asap, but still not too late. Else just close and try again. You can set how many digits to remove with a simple hotkey, so it's up to you. Example: 1000g backspace to 100 or 10.
  
  
• 10) Now that you have traded succesfully, he/she will complain about not recieving his/her gold.
  And you go like "I have no gold in my inventory, you have recieved the gold succesfully as the trade stated."
  and "This must clearly be a server-side failure or error, please contact Blizzard for further information."

or something like that. Making them believe it's blizzard's fault might or might not be a good idea. I don't know if this would work, or if there are any backsides. But then you can continue scamming people, without having the one you just scammed yell in trade "He's a scammer!".
