okay so say u got all the info from mail scams, but you need to change the mail.

you will need: (info from the acc you want to keep)

* First and Surname
* CD-key for original wow
* Account name
* Secret Question and Answer

go to World of Warcraft Europe -> Support Webform
use the "Account Compromised/Hacked" form.

and enter all info to prove that is your acc but enter a different email (yours) worked for me!
it can take several days.

this was the only thing preventing my mail scams from being successful.
Cant you also put your card on there account and xfer the char to your account?

lol mate, this won't work. You will keep the account for a few days then ofc they will do the exaclty same thing, going to wow-europe and filling out that form.

to retrieve their account.
So actually this is no good. What you need to do is somehow get them to believe that they're account have been permanent banned.
