all you need is chat logs and up to the point were they say OK the money is sent
you respond with let me check if it is there say OK these chats are logged so if you try to recall payment i will send this to pay pal and get a reverse on the payment that was recalled do you want to accept
and if they say yes as of now you have their consent that #1 yes they sent the money and #2 they will not recall it once they receive their goods and put in the chat logs
payment is name pass of the account and ask them if they accept

so now you know and they must agree to them all and you must have "you sent the payment through pay pal right" and when they say yes tell them you need their pay pal account name or what ever the name the payment was went through to you and it all must be in the chat logs with times and as for farther detail you can ask them to confirm the date and time and them ask them to confirm the date and time the payment was sent out at
