There are plenty of threads in the scamming section covering this. If you need it so bad, then take some effort and time to do it yourself. Also, this section isn't for questions.

And if you are so pro at scamming, why do you even need a phishing site?
You already have 100 accounts, im sure you can trade one for an account that has a character on your server.
Or just scam the people on your server :O
And use the search engine that is on this site for your template.
