Thats a good idea to trick others. Even though I never had anyone asking me to disenchant a item for them. They usually just keep the item instead.
Note to self hit tab button not enter...
K enchanters going into an instance you pretty much know youll have to DE something. Buy some cheap greens for the level of the instance(Brd-54-58,etc) I was in BM and had a green I had picked up earlier, when asked if I would DE a blue that dropped I accidentally clicked the green. Recieving 2 arcane dust in place of the Large Prismatic Shard..They told me just keep the dust not worth rolling over! I still had the blue in my bag I could DE later and then sell the shard.

I know, I mean that never happened to me before. Thats smart though, nice job.
Not a bad idea... I'll give this a try soon. In HFC there are some bosses that have a chest with 2 blue BoP's in em.... If nobody in the grp Needs them, you can offer to DE them and roll on w/e comes out, which is usually a shard.
With my luck the lowbie green I buy would pop out a shard lol.
Isn't it like 100% that a blue lvl 65+ item drops a large prismatic shard?
So incredibly old.
