He posted it as a post - claiming that he knew that it had been taken down. So he gave permission to whoever wanted to post it again.

WHat file is the main page sort of deal? I uploaded this to my site and I can't seem to get it working properly. Is their a guide out there on setting this up via a phishing site and not the .exe prog he also has?

isn't this the one where he leeches the phished accounts from you anyway and are added to his mysql database so he has access to whatever you get?
