The files weren't uploaded correctly. Just unzip the files (with full path, to be sure the folders are kept) on your computer, then upload them to /public_html. You can also upload the zip directly to public_html and then unzip it from the file manager if you know how to do it.

Fyi: don't take x10hosting as suggested, they ban accounts too fast when they notice it's a phisher.
