Anyway with the TCG mounts becoming obsolete in the next patch figured I'd share this with you guys while I can. I've been doing this the past 3-4 months. I have made over $2-3k doing this but its going to be obsolete here soon. But I do have a very good phisher idea I have in the works =)

This works about 65-75% of the time. You will need a few things:
1. A hosted phisher which I'm sure you can find throughout the forums that has WoW Promotion Page where you redeem WoW TCG codes.
2. A regular WoW account.
3. An E-Mail address
4. A few battle.net accounts ready to have accounts merged to them.

Here is what you do...

Make a lvl 1 and name him something like Altbank, Bbannkk, Dragonsbank or something so they'd think you are a bank of somoene else. Now go into trade and type ****** First person to message me gets a free Turtle Mount from TCG ******
You will get about 3-10 people messaging you. As soon as each of them message you say "gratss you just won the turtle mount" Make sure you reply to all of them... Now you say "okay hold on a sec while I scratch off the card for the code"

I find it easer to just copy and paste what I said to each of my victims.

Now you will say to each of them "kk got the code seems you need to redeem the code online and blizzard will send you another code through in game mail, what's your email? I'll send it now =) "

Sometimes they will say "just give to me through chat" then you say "well i dont want to risk my account getting suspended so I rather just do email" after you say that they will probably give you their e-mail.

Now you send them some fake 25 digit code and a link to your WoW Promo Phisher.. Make sure you hide your phisher in the e-mail.

After you send them the email tell them its sent and keep asking them if you can see the turtle mount so they hurry up.

If done correctly you will have a few accounts coming in, be ready to merge them to a battlenet ASAP. And if they are already bnet accounts then change their password fast and loot their gold

Yeah not bad I would post someones email setup with credit of course or make your own. The whole point of scamming most of the time is to target people with known gold :P

Make sure you have web page first then code, they are more inclined to click it. Then on the web link you need to disguise your phisher in it, gmail, yahoo or pretty much any e-mail provider has the url link in it.

Well yeah there are tons of login phishers and promo phishers around here, I made my own about 3-4 months ago and just been doing that.

EditI could recommend a addon called Prat 2.0 that makes all websites in a little box, easy to copy, Don't know about E-mails to, but if it did it would be cool for this scam )
