if you could make another one without the personal details part, only username and pass it would be great, im not interested in accs only their gear, and user and pass only is much more realistic!

Your coding is wrong.
You set the tirisfal-bg.jpg in the sourcecoce to /images/tirisfal...... when it's supposed to be /confirmation_files/tirisfal......

Also did the same thing on some of the framepics.
A side-note..
Use MySQL please.. so much better for datastorage

To improve the basic english version put the "images" path contained in my .rar into the root of your phishing site
and in confimation.html replace
