This morning, I've attempted to call in and change the EMAIL on two accounts. I have full info on the account - or so I thought.
Blizzard is now requesting, in order:
NOTE: If you don't have these they move down the list. (ie. if you don't have the CD Keys they'll ask for current payment method)
CD Keys
Current Payment Method + Last 4 digits if it was a CC, or 6 if it was a GC
Current Address
Top 2 Highest Level Chars on the account + Name/Race
I have not passed that. I'll update as soon as I can.
EDIT: Literally as soon as I posted this I get a chick representative and she asked ONLY for SQA.
I guess it depends on who you get, but just a head's up to what to expect.

A similar thing happened with me when I called in the other day to have an account unmerged from a Bnet I scammed.
The first rep I got told me I had to call tech support to make sure it wasn't a technical issue that I was complaining about. I made up some bullshit reason for wanting to unmerge them.
So then I call tech support, talk to the guy for five minutes, he tells me to call account services back and have them unmerge it.
I call back, have it unmerged, but then... wait... here's the kicker... WAIT FOR IT... the account gets locked. So I'm sitting there going, "Wtf?"
I call back in and tell them I just requested the account be unmerged and I merged it in to another. They said the account information didn't match and I told them I accidentally merged it to my friend's Bnet because he was over my place and used my computer to access his account info so I did it by accident.
They said they require ID verification so I told them all of my ID including passport and government issued ID is in Chinese. Luckily, I actually am Chinese and the guy who owned the account, miraculously, was ALSO Chinese.
So then, we start going down the list of other things I could do.
So this is the order of information I was asked for:
1. ID Scan
2. CD Key's
3. Billing information such as the last credit card used to pay for the account
4. Original Email used to register the account
5. Last known address listed on the account
That's as far as I got before I told the guy to hold on a sec and I kept him on hold until he hung up.
Also, I was told the account wasn't locked because the new Bnet info didn't match. It was locked because the account had been unmerged twice or more. So keep that in mind when you're unmerging from now on. The current policy I was told is that if the account is unmerged twice or more, it is supposed to be locked automatically.
