Euhm.. This could be oh-so-epic, but could you please clarify with pictures? It seems a little blurry to me.
EDIT: Nvm, it's just me. I read it all again and it seemed much clearer. I'mma try this. If it works, +Rep inc!
First off, I've known about this bug for a few months now, never seen it released, and I've been debating whether or not to release it.
But, I've come to the decision people should know and battle.net account scamming can once again be revived.
What you'll need:
Battle.net Account you scammed (WILL NOT WORK WITH AN ACCOUNT YOU JUST MERGED)
***To clarify, say you were scamming and got an account that was already battle.net merged, that'd work. If you scammed an account that wasn't merged and you merged it yourself, this bug will NOT work.***
An E-Mail
Alright, so the main problem we've been seeing lately when scamming accounts that are bnet merged is how easily they can be recalled the next day. This problem is now over.
Given that you're somewhat decent at scamming, you should be able to get at minimum the BATTLE.NET SQA and Full Name.
Once you have that info and the email on the battle.net account is your own, you're ready to go.
You know that the OO is just going to recall the account the next day or when the weekend is over so what you're going to do is (Once you're done playing the account for the night/done scamming on it) reset the password to your email.
Once you get the password reset email DO NOT CLICK IT.
Wait until the next day. If the OO recalls the account, you won't be able to login. Wait until 8 PST, go back to that password reset link and click it. It will allow you to reset the password and give you the current email address registered on the account. CHA CHING.
Login with the email that the account is under with the new password, change the email back to yours, rinse and repeat.
Short and Sweet Recap:
You send a password reset email.
You click it once the account has been recalled.
Battle.net is bugged and will show you the new E-Mail registered on the account (The one it was changed to when the OO recalled)
You change the password to whatever you'd like.
You login with the E-Mail you just saw and the password you just changed it to.
You turn the E-Mail back to yours, rinse and repeat.

Trust it works. Been using it for a while but didn't want to post it for it to just get leeched then fixed.
I suppose you could test it by sending a change email confirmation and a pass reset.
Accept the email change, go back to the old email you sent the pass reset to and click the link.
The link will show up with the new email and ability to change the password for it.
(sorry for double post)
Just tried it last night, still works![]()
but the guy can just keep changing it back ,eventually uhave to send in ID
Of course, and when he sends in ID either
A.)The account gets unmerged which results in a loss.
or
B.)The account stays merged and your password reset still works.
This isn't to keep the account forever, it's just to keep your scamming account a bit longer.
If you wanted to keep it forever you'd just merge the bnet to another account, xfer the char off, ban the original.
Wow thanks for the guide.
explains why that douchebag who took my account can't stay away from it >.> ah well thanks... gonna try find out a way to counter this ...

LOL, thanks.
i scammed a battle.net account earlier, i found out the guys Secret answer and changed his email to my email and his password to my password. So now its under my email and pass. If he calls blizz can he get it back? what do i do from here, reset the pass and dont click it? whats the point of that?
Good find ! +rep for ya !
sorry but i tried this with an account i scammed, it says the pass reset link has expired. Blizzard may have just barely fixed this though.![]()
I posted a guide on this a while ago.
Sounds like a war between you and the OO6):
